PRATAP LIBERTY ONE
Identity design for a residential real estate project in Mumbai
Pratap Liberty One is a residential project developed by Downtown Lifespaces, an enterprise by JPV Group - a renowned real-estate developer in Mumbai, India. It’s a 20-story single tower with modern amenities and the brief was to play around with modernity and intelligent use of space.
The client approached me with an intention to do something different than usual residential identities in the market. It had to be thoughtful. They also wanted some curiosity to come through in order to make their customers feel inquisitive about it.
I designed a clean and modern line-work symbol that combined the letter L and the number 1 into forming a single high-rise building. For the type, I modified a clean and sharp font to go with the symbol. I chose shades of black as the identity palette to portray a sense of elegance and curiosity.
